To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carendar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or app.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the website or app shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.

Service availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The website and app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

Force majeure

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the website or app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Carendar regarding the use of the website and app, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the website or app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.
